Womans & Bridal Bootcamp:
Day Pass: $20 / 4 Months @ $119 per month / 8 Months @ $109 per month / 12 Months @ $99

Camps Run for 4 weeks AT TWO LOCATIONS
3 times a week, MWF Mornings or Evenings

Monday -Wednesdays-Friday/Saturday
Monday (5:30 – 8:00 AM) conducted at the Beach
Wednesday (5:30 – 8:00AM) conducted at the Mountain Tamalpais
Friday (5:30 – 8:00 AM) conducted at the lake
Saturday (5:30 – :9:00 AM) conducted at the Beach (Can be once a week must qualify)
Women's B Group
Three Secessions 20 workouts per week!:
Monday (9:00 – 11:30 AM) conducted at the Beach
Wednesday (9:00 – 11:30 AM) conducted at the Mountain Tamalpais
Friday (9:00 – 11:30 AM) conducted at the lake
