HitTheHill / How it Works

Select any program at left for either 4 or 6 weeks.
(calculated at two work-outs per week)

REMEMBER
A-Team does not train with B-Team.
You need to train 2 or 3 times per week.
You cannot work out on back-to-back days.

(Email Jim) if you have trouble making a schedule work.

(Download) the release form. Print it, read it, understand it, sign it, and bring it to your first meeting with Jim, along with a check for full payment of your program.

You must schedule your sessions through me, DON'T just show up.
How It Works

1. To Get Started
Select the (program) you think is right for you, and complete the Free Registration Form, the print, read and sign the (waiver form).

2. Scheduling Your Work-Outs
On the (schedule page) select 2 or 3 slots per week. Click on the calendar locations to see maps. (Contact) Jim to confirm your selections.

3. At Your First Session
Bring your signed (waiver form) and a check for the full amount of your program selection. Remember, if you decide to quit after your first session, you get a full-refund.

 

One-On-One Evaluation
Immediately before and immediately after each work-out session, you have the opportunity to review and assess your progress. Hit The Hill techniques allow me to tweak the difficulty of your work-out up or down.

Team Dynamic
A true boot camp experience teaches you that any good team is better than the sum of its parts. Something happens to people when they come together as a team that improves who they are as individuals. This is the heart of the Hit The Hill program.

 

Locations
Being outdoors is also integral to the classic boot camp experience, and the San Francisco Bay Area is perfect for planning these sessions. Over the years, I've thoroughly scouted ideal training grounds that bring together the inherent beauty of this area and the natural challenges imposed by the terrain of the beaches, mountains and headlands.

As you schedule your work-outs, I encourage you to step away from what might be your comfort zones and vary your locations. You will find that this is essential to your experience and more than worth any inconvenience.
