This is the logical graduate course from B-Team Basic. In A-Team Basic, we'll wean you onto the steep slope and ramp up your weight load in the same program.

If you want A-Team status but think you're not quite ready, consider the Basic Package. Sign-up for B-Team Basic and A-Team basic, and get discounts on your per-session cost.

Remember, placement in all courses is subject to my approval and ongoing evaluation.
