For advanced athletes in prime condition. Ideal for college and professional athletes in their off-seasons or training for events. Build to your best weight-load in the third week and rip the burn! From the Athlete-01 Course, we add to your carry load, and we throw in a warm-up weightlifting routine from the HitTheHill mobile weight room.

Got three months and something to prove? Try my MVP package. That's all three top program run back-to-back at a special rate. Remember, placement in all courses is subject to my approval, especially in the upper A-Team programs.
