B-TEAM / Basic Course

A basic, beginner's boot camp program. You get all the action but without any major shock to the system. If you're in reasonable shape, and you want to try a real boot camp experience, but you can't decide where you fit in, start here.

Take advantage of your personal evaluations at the beginning of each session, and we'll keep your program challenging but do-able.

Remember, placement in all courses is subject to my approval and ongoing evaluation.
