HitTheHill | Basic Course

Your HitTheHill program can be as gentle as you need it to be to accommodate any reasonable level of fitness.

The most gentle can be applied to post-maternity and injury rehabilitation cases wherein your goal would be to gradually work yourself back into the kind of condition you had been accustomed to before your pregnancy or your injury.

Beyond that point, perhaps in subsequent programs, you may seek to challenge yourself to reach some 'next level' of fitness. You may also seek more of a maintenance program to simpy maintain a level of fitness that gives you a satisfying quality of life.

Within the framework of "Basic" training, your sessions can become more challenging or can remain more of a routine for you.
