B-TEAM / Bridal Boot Camp Course

No, you don't actually have to get married to train in Bridal Boot Camp. This is a moderately intense and moderately accelerated program. It's designed to bring back some muscle tone and drop the chubs you're tired of carrying around. The 6-week program gets best results here.

We go from zero carry load and slow speed to moderate weight and moderate speed. It might not sound like much, but it'll get you back into fighting shape - or marrying shape. Your choice.

Remember, placement in all courses is subject to my approval and ongoing evaluation.
