This is my most gentle program, and it was put in place for the woman who has given birth and is looking to "get her body back." This program is also suitable for beginners and recovering athletes.

If you have recently given birth, I may require that you provide medical confirmation that you can train with me, and I'll be happy to speak with your doctor to describe the program.

Remember, placement in all courses is subject to my approval and ongoing evaluation.
