The team concept is a big part of what makes HitTheHill so different from other boot camp fitness programs. Joining one of our teams, being accepted and working to help your team members succeed - all results in your ability to redefine and improve yourself. There are only two teams, divided by general fitness and athletic experience. However, within each team, you will see people from different backgrounds and of different abilities, people who joined for different reasons and who bring different strengths and weaknesses. There is no defined starting date for any program; start whenever you like and train alongside seasoned veterans. Programs listed on the left progress loosely in difficulty from top to bottom. Review them and select the program that best suits you, but keep in mind that you will be evaluated as an individual, and the intensity of your work out can be adjusted up or down, regardless of which program you select. Choose a 4-week (8-session) or a 6-week (12-session) course and plan to train twice or three times per week. I will meet with you and evaluate your selection based upon your age, height, weight, athletic history and general fitness. I may recommend that you select another program, and I may insist upon it. Ultimate team and program selections are entirely at my discretion. Available training days are everyday except Sunday and Wednesday. |
