B-TEAM / Recovering Athlete

This course is for athletes and former athletes who have either been injured or fallen out of shape. If you are recovering from an injury, I may require that you provide medical confirmation that you can train with me, and I'll be happy to speak with your doctor to describe the program.

Depending upon your injury or condition, I may recommend that you begin with the Post-Maternity routines. It's the most gentle HitTheHill program. Remember, placement in all courses is subject to my approval and ongoing evaluation.
