Make no mistake, some of my sharpest and toughest athletes are women. Women can (and do) train in any HitTheHill program they qualify for - some HitTheHill women qualify for advanced programs.

This program is to encourage women that there is a place for them here. Also, I have found that women sometimes prefer to train only with other women. If that is your preference, let me know. I can't guarantee it, but I'll try my best.

Remember, placement in all courses is subject to my approval and ongoing evaluation.
